Tonight in live music: Culture Club lands at Mahaffey Theater

Boy George and the original lineup of Culture Club (keyboardist/guitarist Roy Hay, bassist Mikey Craig and drummer/percussionist Jon Moss) landed on the beach to headline Unity Fest last August. Unfortunately, that particular event caught alot of rain and Culture Club didn't even hit the stage until the time that the event was scheduled to end. Still, they made the best of it, and tonight, the R&B-infused New Wave-era dance pop group return for a full-on theater showing that’ll most definitely feature hits like “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?” and “Karma Chameleon” in addition to other select material from their five-album repertoire. 7:30 p.m., Mahaffey Theater, St. Petersburg, $69.50-$129.50.
