Tonight in live music; take us down to Hungrytown in Clearwater

John Nemeth Band at Skipper's, too.

Hungrytown This is not a food themed musical event, but Hungrytown’s jams are tasty. The Vermont-based duo (Ken Anderson, Rebecca Hall) touch Weepies-esque harmonies every now and then (“Hard Way To Learn”), but what’s most enjoyable about their sounds is the easy plucking and simple gift for melody. This is a free show smack dab middle of a Sunday afternoon, so you can totally swing by with nana after your weekly lunch — just don’t leave her in the car with the windows rolled up because she might want to hear the show, too.
