A year after his passing, there’s still a giant, Owen Meats-sized hole in the hearts of the Tampa music community. Friends and collaborators—including the eccentric Holy Terror, rocking Rototiller and dynamic Same Day Delivery Orchestra—take to Tampa Heights's Shuffle on Saturday, Dec. 3 for this second installment of an annual, day-long celebration of Meats’ life and spirit.
