In other news, though yet another GOP presidential debate hogs the national spotlight, we were checking out the seven men on the ballot next month in St. Petersburg for those City Council races.
Actually, we did catch most of last night's fiery slugfest out of Vegas. And for once, it was interesting to see the Republicans actually call Mitt Romney on his health care plan, a plan that was closely followed up by Obama administration officials in devising their health care plan.
Meanwhile, there's a rally later today in Tampa in support of President Obama's jobs plan.
