Democratic congressional candidate (and former boss o' mine) Phyllis Busansky reports raising $25,000 at a Thursday afternoon luncheon that featured Illinois Congressman Rahm Emanuel as a guest. Only 30 more luncheons like that to go before she catches up to Republican Gus Bilirakis' fundraising total as reported Sept. 30.
