But does the purchase come with free one-day shipping?

No word on whether or not the purchase comes with free one-day shipping, but Amazon has sold its million-square-foot Ruskin warehouse to Industrial Logistics Properties Trust.

The price tag on the property — located at 3350 Laurel Ridge Ave. — was $123.6 million, according to Hillsborough County property records, and that sum amounts to more than $20 million more that what the space sold for three years ago. According to TBBJ, Phoenix-based Cole Office & Industrial REIT II paid $103.6 million for the warehouse in 2016.

Amazon has been in the news lately thanks to its move toward one-day shipping, and it will reportedly spend $800 million in the second quarter alone to make the speedy deliveries happen.
