The Anthony Weiner sexting scandal has brought conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart out of the catacombs of the conservative media, and into the mainstream.

Breitbart broke the original story about the tweet that got the Brooklyn-Queens based Democrat in so much trouble over the Memorial Day weekend, leading to the NYC Congressman's tearful admission on Monday that he had lied to the entire world for over a week, and had sent the controversial tweet showing his "junk," as the kids say.

But the more interesting story to us is how Breitbart is now getting the mainstream acceptance he so obviously yearns for. He advised another young female recipient of some of Weiner's "racy" tweets, Meagan Broussard to share her photos with ABC News, and reportedly told an ABC News producer how to contact her.

Then we had the specter last night of watching Breitbart be interviewed in prime time on Eliot Spitzer's CNN show.
