On Wednesday, June 26, the first debate of the 2020 presidential election will kick off. Are you ready? The good thing is, you don't have to do it alone.

Former Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum's For Our Future Florida, a non-profit launched to help register voters, will be hosting a Presidential Debate Watch Party at Iberian Rooster, located at 475 Central Avenue in St. Pete. Other organizations involved are Indivisible FL-13, Fired Up Pinellas, and Common Ground Project.

Locals can head over to Iberian Rooster at 9 p.m. for the watch party, which is free and open to the public.  Why watch it solo at home when you can join your community to learn about the candidates, their records and platforms?

Bring some dough to grab some bites and brews while the debate commences; you may need them.

The bar will be open until 3 a.m., so feel free to stick around and chat about the potential of the upcoming race.
