Florida's seniors may be regarded in some quarters merely as blue-haired obstacles blocking the local McDonald's drive-thru, but a new exhibit at the Pasco-Hernando Community College Art Gallery aims to go beyond such stereotypes. Wisdom of the Ages features photographs by Betsy Barfield and audio memoirs focusing on seniors who live in Florida and exploring the contributions they've made in their time and in ours. Don't forget to attend today's opening reception from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — and make sure you bring Grandma.
