Two visual arts students who've produced an impressive catalog of first-rate artwork over the past few years while taking art classes at HCC-Ybor are featured in a new exhibit. Eric Lawson, a photographer whose focus recently shifted to ceramics, and Laura Mendes, who works in both representational and abstract formats, present printmaking, sculpture, drawing, painting and digital photography at the campus art gallery.
