A native and sincere admirer of the Tampa Bay area, I've actively indulged in nearly all its fine, and not-so-fine, dining. My years of involvement in the restaurant industry have afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with so many things that allow this scene to thrive, including the wonderment that is wine. My love for the craft lead me to an apprenticeship in winemaking during the 2004 California harvest, employment as a wine buyer and menu developer and a continuing education as a Sommelier. I currently act as a Wine Director in Nantucket, MA during the summer months. My off-season is spent in the Bay area, where I enthusiastically commit myself to the pursuit of everything food, wine and fun - or as I prefer to call it, "Research."
