Long before Michelle Bachmann was declared the winner of the Ames Iowa Straw Poll Saturday night, she was already booked on all five of the Sunday morning public affairs programs on the 4 broadcast and one cable news shows, entering territory that has been known to be called the "Full Ginsburg," named after William Ginsberg, the Beverly Hills medical malpractice attorney who became the attorney defending Monica Lewinsky after her sexual affair with former President Bill Clinton broke in late January of 1998.
But the fact of the matter is Bachmann barely won the non-binding event, besting out Texas Representative Ron Paul by 152 votes (4,823 to 4,671 votes).
On NBC's Meet The Press with David Gregory, Bachmann said if elected president, she would ask God for guidance.
