Julian Hartzog put his own space-aged disco party on the runway at Wearable Art X this year. And in a smooth move on the part of Dunedin Fine Art Center, crowd favorite artist/designer Rogerio Martins was flown in from Brazil to participate in the milestone 10-year anniversary show.
