Executive Chef Hunsberger brings decades of experience to the Don CeSar, where he supervised the overhaul of the flagship Maritana Grille as well as the less formal Sea Porch. During his tenure, the Maritana Grille has been a shining star in the regional dining firmament, and now Hunsberger has hired chef Gavin Pera and overhauled the menu. Our devout wish is that his new team maintains the heady 4.5 star experience from CL’s March visit. Kenny, we’re counting on you!
