Best eatery for well-behaved children

Cappy’s is a child’s dream. Ooey, gooey pizza. Old-school arcade games. Vintage toys at every glance. And children are welcome, but they better be well-behaved. Owner Scooter Gabel created controversy this year when he asked his guests to control their children while dining there. Some people applauded, some people hissed. But many conformed, because the pizza is that good. 4910 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, 813-238-1516.
