We like the food here updated Brazilian churrasco and the bar with its hip Euro design but La Fogata is not exactly cut in the Gulfport mold, and many residents and local businesses have made their opinions known. It all started when the restaurants construction caused noise and dust longer than expected, then escalated into conflict over parking rights. Now, theres an uneasy lull in hostilities. Maybe after the summer doldrums end, the conflict will begin again. Or maybe Gulfport residents are just too laid-back to keep hatin for long.
