Andrew Breitbart disciple and so-called “citizen journalist” O’Keefe was scheduled to speak at a lunch at 717 South in South Tampa during convention week. But he failed to attend, citing “government restrictions” that prevented his appearance. O’Keefe is on probation for tampering with the phones in Senator Mary Landrieu’s New Orleans district office back in 2011.
