Amen. The reason Frenchy's grouper is so good is that it comes straight from the owners' own fishing boats, which dock daily nearby. So you know it's gonna be fresh, fat and tasty. And the kitchen does a nice job with it, too, fast-frying it to a crunchy golden brown, setting it on a fresh bun and providing a dynamite sauce to go with. Y'all know your grouper sammiches.
