Well, duh. What is this, the ninth year in a row or something? Open-air for the smokers. Open-air for the nonsmokers. Great sound. Plenty of room yet still cozy. Eclectic shows. That big clock-face way up there on the face of the building across the street. The freaks going in and coming out. Historical sites have no business being this party-friendly.
