Artists from all over the U.S. and the world came to paint walls, corners and other swaths of concrete in St. Petersburg this month, showing the public large-scale artwork in progress and adding new colorful life to drab buildings. The event was coordinated by Tes One and an all-star local cast of citizens committed to a more visually rich St. Pete.
