Yeah, Sam’s = Wal-Mart = Evil Empire, yadda yadda. But good service is good service; we’re not gonna fault people for making a living. And maybe we’re naïve, but Keith and Rosalie seem to be in it for more than just the money. They’re respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and, most important, friendly.
