OK, so maybe we were impressed by the gorgeous view 10 stories up, blue airport lights, the golden flicker of the bay bridges, or the elegant appointments of Tampa's only revolving restaurant. Whatever it was, when the waiter brought a cheery Orange Cosmopolitan on a fancy tray, it sure tasted great. Squeaky-clean glass, plenty of booze, a definite orange-y flavor and cold, cold, cold. Can't hardly think of anything better. Except two more.
