A repeat winner from last year, Sally O'Neal's pizza is head and shoulders above most everyone else's. She makes a serious effort to insure that it is special, and you can taste in the pizzas her careful attention to detail. Plus, the restaurant is clean, sweet smelling, and looks out at Howard Avenue, where you can see people walking past or riding by in cars or airing their dogs in the park. And the real kicker: If you don't care for pizza, or you're dieting, the restaurant's salads are almost as good as the pies. And unlike most pizza places, if you want to finish with dessert, you'll be surprised at how good it is.
