Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor’s impeccable reputation took a hit this summer when she reacted way too late to reports of rogue behavior by members of her DUI team, after one official in particular targeted attorney Phillip Campbell after he was plied with drinks by a comely paralegal from the opposing legal team in the MJ v. Bubba case. One of these same DUI officers a month later arrested Al Fox on charges of drinking under the influence, despite the fact that the advocate for liberalizing U.S. relations with Cuba had a breath alcohol test of 0.00.
