OK, the owners may hail from the British Isles, but they've sure got this French dish down to a science. We're absolutely addicted to their exacting version — light egg filling stuffed with all sorts of goodies like broccoli, various cheeses, salmon, bacon and ham. An underlayer of crisp pastry, buttery to a fault, gives the dish a yin and yang of crusty and soft, smooth and crisp. Throw in an excellent salad and fries and wash it down with a monster glass of homemade lemonade, and you're good to go.
