To some, World Liquors represents a tired outpost where vagrants come to buy cheap 40s an impediment to the sprucing up of Central Avenue. To us, its a lingering slice of old-Florida kitsch amid redevelopment and the onslaught of chain stores. But its the sign that really earns our love, a delightfully tacky globe (which has been there for many a decade) that may well be missing a continent or two.
