CL has lauded the efforts of this disgustingly loud St. Pete-based garage rock duo in the past, and we can’t say we’re not head over heels about a new sonic wrinkle they’ve worked into their repertoire as of late. It might’ve been a cover of 1980’s pysch rock band Spacemen 3, but watching Benjamin Saylor and Peter Kokkinakos slow it down and whisper into the mic (still reverb soaked) to take on the heartbreaking crawl of “Lord Can You Hear Me” was pretty damn cool and has us excited for new material from the always scheming outfit. facebook.com/JensenSerfCo.
