There´s plenty of debate about true Spanish tapas in Tampa, but for our money, Ceviche, wins hands down. Consistent food, better sangria than other places, and much better service. The namesake signature item, a kickass marinated fish and shellfish salad served in a martini glass, is a must have at this place, as are the Albondigas (meatballs in a marinara) and Fabada Asturiana (fava beans cooked with sausage). No reservations except for large parties, so come early or late — or just sidle up to the bar.
