Once a month, St. Pete’s Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant hosts an all-you-can-eat vegan buffet marathon. The line typically snakes out the door, and tables are crammed with Tampa Bay’s vegan (or vegan-friendly) glitterati, piling their plates full of delicious Vietnamese vegan goodness for $10.99. The next vegan buffet is Sat., Sept. 21 at 5 p.m.
