For this unique annual event, Cigar City Comedy takes over the top section of the parking garage at Visconti on International Drive and adds a stage, lights, microphone and a bunch of comedians. Then people show up with lawn chairs and laugh their asses off. Then everybody goes home. It’s not a comedy club, it’s not a bar, and it’s not a restaurant. It’s a bunch of parking spaces under the stars, and it turns out to be a great place for comedy. Free comedy, too. It’s weird, but in a cool way.
