Although keeping 200 labels on a wine list is certainly macho, we find it even more macho if the wines-by-the-glass list is lengthy too. Not many restaurants can find that balance between good selection, maintaining freshness and selling for the right price. We´re fickle, and we want everything to be just right. Wine Exchange managed to figure out the formula. With prices from $2.95 to $7.95 per 5-ounce glass, you can choose anything from South African sauvignon blanc to California pinot noir. In addition, they offer monthly wine flights, two ounce pours of four white or red selections for under $12. It´s a great way to experience four treats in one. Nice work, guys.
