Bob Graham to speak in Tampa next Tuesday

Graham will engage in conservation at 6:30 p.m. It's the first event in the History Center's 2011-2012 season of Florida Conversation, which will present authors and other public speakers discussing various statewide topics on politics, fiction, history and environmental issues.

And if the only thing preventing you from attending is paranoia that parking will be a hassle, that's not the case. Officials with the museum says public parking is available for a fee at the St. Pete Times Forum East Lot, the Channelside garage and other city-owned lots.

CL engaged in such a public conversation with Graham back in June. You can catch a clip of that interview below:

Not since he retired from political life back in 2004 has former Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Bob Graham been so accessible and candid with his views on the state of the state and the nation.

That's because he's been speaking out and making public appearances since the publication back in June of Keys to the Kingdom, his first crack at writing fiction, in a narrative that places Saudi Arabia at the heart of the jihad movement against America.

This coming Tuesday Graham will be speaking at the Tampa History Center, and you can hear him at absolutely no charge.
