She Devil has pink hair, piercings and plenty of problems, the most pressing being a marriage to and pregnancy by Lucifer Lee (who's run off on her), and the persistent harassment from her homicidal Ukrainian biker ex-boyfriend, Black Dog. When She Devil shows up at a little ranch in Wyoming looking for her wayward hubbie, these problems spread to Big 8, her newly acquired mother-in-law, feisty former queen of the rodeo and "nurse" to injured cowboys, and Big 8's "patient," the somewhat dim-witted but affable bronco rider, Rob Bob. Described as "Zane Grey meets Stephen King," Jane Martin's Flaming Guns of the Purple Sage (subtitled "A 'B' Western Horror Flick for the Stage") is produced by USF College of Visual & Performing Arts; David Mann directs.
