Whatever one thinks of the major snowstorms rocking the mid Atlantic this week (as well as our unusually cold winter) global warming is definitely happening.  Today a 2 day conference at USF begins to discuss the implications;

We've got more on the light rail debate in Hillsborough County.  Commissioners yesterday confirmed that they won't have ballot language for a referendum ready by early next month;

And we take a quick look at the Agriculture Commissioners race that Floridians will vote on in November;
