In the Florida House District 57 GOP primary, Dana Young looks like she will be the victory in her contest against Todd Marks and Dan Malloy.
With 28 of 42 precincts reporting, Young has a solid 55%-26% lead over Marks, with Malloy, the moderate in the race, a distant third.
You might remember that Marks made a name for himself during the campaign, seizing on the illegal immigration bandwagon immediately after Arizona passed their tough legislation earlier this year.
Young then felt she had to match Marks in sounding off of illegals, and it will be interesting to see if she'll continue that theme in the general election against another first time candidate in Democrat Stacy Frank.
