It occured to me recently that fuck buddies are high maintenance. A fuck buddy can be someone you sleep with on occassion with no attachment or could be a couple you and your partner swap with now and again. I have met a few people who seem to be out fucking others purely for the psychological boost – they need to feel better about themselves. I consider these people high maintenance fuck buddies.
