“Dream Momma, I’ve been having some health issues and after my last medical check up… I caved, very difficult. I lost the joy the magic, the light for a few days. Then an amazing dream that night. In the dream it was snowing and in the woods. Beautiful, quiet, still and removed from everything. I was looking “out” and saw my black lab in the distance, fuzzed out by the heavy but beautiful snow, snowing sideways. I called to my lab who started to come back to me….at the same time I saw another dark shape, the way you see shapes who are in the distance when it is snowing. I knew it was a wolf and my lab was playing with the wolf and the wolf seemed benevolent. It was a good feeling-I could feel their joy. During this my ex husband (who in real life was an alcoholic and prescription drug abuser) was there and he left and it made me feel disappointed but typical of him “not being there”. Then he came back and gave me what seemed like a piece of paper or a check. That offering felt good/significant, redemptive.” (sic)
