I am a slave to my cravings: decadent mac and cheese, lively Mexican, savory Vietnamese, fruity gelato and on and on. Growing up overseas with a chef- mother fostered a taste for a variety of flavors. Although baking and cooking come naturally; dining out is what I do most and my standards are high. Life is too short for mediocre food. I love to discover new restaurants, especially new ethnic choices, and have been organizing dining events in the Tampa Bay area for nearly four years; bringing people together over our innate connection to food. I am a technical writer and scientist by day; food explorer by night. So, where are we eating?
