Cows have often been seen by many environmentalists as being ozone offenders because the gas they emit — as burps and in their poo — contains high levels of methane, a greenhouse gas. But now the cows can breathe (and burp) a little easier with this method of extracting and recycling their droppings and the methane in it for more eco-friendly purposes.
