All through September, the Educational Channel broadcasts indie film selections as part of its 15th annual Independents' Film Festival. Theatrical screenings kick off with a 7 p.m. "IFF Emerging Directors" presentation of films at University of Tampa's Reeves Theatre. "Indie Music Night" follows at 8:30 p.m. and features the NYC-filmed rockumentary, Where's the Music At?. A detailed schedule of events appears in next week's issue. 401 W.
