As part of its Indie Film Fest and Indie Mondays, Beach Theatre presents screenings of three documentaries: Taxi to the Dark Side, about U.S. torture practices in Afghanistan, Iraq and Guantanamo Bay with a focus on an innocent Afghani taxi driver who was tortured and killed in 2002; Note by Note, which follows the creation of a Steinway concert grand piano from forest floor to concert hall; and Praying with Lior, about a little boy with Down syndrome who may or may not be a spiritual genius.
