A Florida mansion perched on land with ties to billionaire and aviation tycoon Howard Hughes is now on the market.
Located at 3310 Devon Court, Miami, the three-story home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a total 8,355 square feet of living space.
It sits on land that was once owned by Hughes and is now part of the exclusive, eight-home Miami community Hughes Cove, named in the business legend’s honor. Hughes is known for his many
Hughes was known for his work as a skilled pilot (having set several aviation records), aerospace engineer, business magnate, film producer, investor and philanthropist. He was considered one of the most influential and wealthiest people alive during his lifetime before he passed away at the age of 70 in 1976.
The mansion was designed by architect Jorge Hernandez in 2003 and boasts spacious living areas and luxury amenities. It comes with its own tennis court, 40-foot boat dock, billiards room, “coconut shell elevator,” saltwater pool, yoga pavilion, sauna and more.
The estate last sold in 2021 after being listed for $17 million in 2018. It’s now listed for a whopping $55.5 million. The listing agent is Lourdes Alatriste with Douglas Elliman.
