Tyreek Hill’s house set fire earlier this year. Now, among some wild trade rumors, it appears he’s ready to move on from his gigantic Florida estate.
Located at 16755 Berkshire Ct., in Fort Lauderdale, the home was purchased by “Cheetah” back in 2022 for $6.9 million, just two months after he signed with the Miami Dolphins, according to property records.
The 13,118-square-foot home comes with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a basketball court, a gym, a pool and spa, a movie theater, and more, says the listing.
Earlier this year, the house made headlines after it caught fire due to his kids reportedly playing with a lighter. According to TMZ, the incident caused nearly $2.3 million in damages, and also destroyed roughly $1 million worth of belongings.
Hill, who has made a Pro Bowl appearance in all eight years of his NFL career, signed a four-year, $120 million contract extension with the Miami Dolphins in 2022 after getting traded from the Kansas City Chiefs, who he helped earn a Super Bowl win in 2020.
The home was initially listed roughly two weeks ago, and is now fueling recent, and uncorroborated, trade rumors centered around Hill possibly getting traded back to the Chiefs.
“Woke up to trade news exciting,” wrote Hill on X on Oct. 2.
The home is currently asking $9.6 million, and the listing agent is Hill’s wife, Keeta Vaccaro, with Lifestyle International Realty.
