Pitcher Zach Eflin was traded from the Tampa Bay Rays to the Baltimore Orioles last summer, and now his St. Petersburg home is up for grabs in Historic Old Northeast.
Located at 120 25th Ave. N, the home was purchased by Eflin, and his partner Lauren, for $2,725,000 in February of 2023, just a couple months after he signed a three-year, $40 million contract, which was the largest free agent deal in Rays history.
The 3,977-square-foot home comes with a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as wood floors throughout, coffered ceilings, a turfed backyard, a detached studio apartment, and more, says the listing.
An Orlando native, Eflin was drafted out of high school by the San Diego Padres in the first round of the 2012 MLB draft. After a stint with the Phillies, Eflin played for the Rays for two seasons until he was traded to the Orioles last July.
As of now, the Eflin house is asking $3.1 million and the listing agent is Eric Dungy and Jon Fincher of Compass Realty.
