Look past the acronym because G.E.R.M. Scholars wants to do good work. The organization’s goal is to help deserving youth (read: graduating high school seniors from single parent homes) achieve their secondary education goals, and to prepare them for high demand career opportunities.

G.E.R.M. (it stands for “Giving Essential Resources to Minorities") wants to achieve that through collaborative fundraising, community involvement, and professional development workshops. This Friday night happy hour is the kickoff of that mission.
