Health care summit's over. What's next? St. Pete Times demands an explanation on why Lou Miller is bailing, and Tampa City Council talks about toilet to tap: Mitch Perry Report 2.26.10

And there were two interesting discussions in Tampa yesterday.  We missed the discussion on light rail - we'll have a report from Kelly Cornelius on the site later.  But we did observe the Tampa City Council discussing treated wastewater, including the so called "toilet to tap"  proposal promulgated by Charlie Miranda.
