Beginning today, free face masks are available at four Hillsborough County locations (see them below).
Sites will be open, while supplies last, according to a Hillsborough County announcement. This week, the sites will open starting today from noon-5 p.m., Thu.-Fri. 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday. If supplies last until next week, sites will be open Mon.-Thu. from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Each person present in a vehicle will receive two face coverings and drivers may request face coverings for immediate family members not present, according to the announcement.
The distribution announcement arrives two days after the Hillsborough Emergency Policy Group voted to require face masks inside businesses that are open to the public.
