Ol' Joe is planning on paying us a visit on the 4th of June in conjunction with the release of his new book.
In a media release Monday, Biden announced that the Sunshine City would be on the list of places he'll visit and talk about "Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose," Biden's new memoir.
It's unclear whether he has designs on becoming president in 2020. Not that an announcement would happen this early on, especially given how focused Democrats are on winning in the 2018 midterms. So he might just be trying to read the room at this point.
But he does apparently have designs on getting into a fistfight with the current president.
Because that's… just… where we are these days.
He'll be at St. Petersburg's Mahaffey Theater June 4; tickets start at around $50.
