The motions were all quite simple … so I would say I felt most like a vanilla yogurt pretzel going in for its dip of creamy sweet yogurt goodness.

There are no recommendations for getting in or out of position, but I think this is a good place to talk about the construction of the harness necessary for the position. The basic contraption can either be purchased commercially or hand made. If you build it yourself, it should cost you about $50.
