Karl Rove's group spending more in Florida to diminish Bill Nelson

“With budget negotiations heating up, it is crucial for Floridians to know about Bill Nelson’s record of voting for trillions of new government spending programs, paid for by higher taxes and new debt,” said Crossroads GPS communications director Jonathan Collegio. “Floridians need to tell Sen. Nelson that writing a blank check to fix the national debt is not acceptable.”


With Adam Hasner, Mike Haridopolos and George LeMieux battling it out between them, Crossroads GPS is doing their job of softening the opposition for the general election, which of course won't fully be on for over a year.


Crossroads GPS says so far they've spent $531,035. on their Florida effort.

Karl Rove's backed super PAC Crossroads GPS, which previously aired an ad in Florida bashing President Obama, is back with a new commercial that attacks Florida Democratic U.S. Senator Bill Nelson on his record, they say, "of voting for increased spending debt and taxes."
